FAQ

Questions about the service and working together.

What does Accel Comply help with?
We advise leadership and lead agreed security, compliance and AI work across IT, business functions and suppliers. We help the people involved choose what matters, build a workable plan and carry the work through to handover.
Is the service limited to assessments of customer requirements and AI uses?
No. They are two common places to begin. When the first decision establishes a specific need, a separate agreement can cover leadership of the chosen work through to an agreed result.
How does an engagement begin?
We first ask what needs to work, why it matters now and what is blocking it. If there is a fit, the written proposal defines the output and completion point. It also covers access and the fee.
What happens in the first assignment?
The first paid assignment gives you a written assessment and a decision note. You also receive an evidence-gap overview and a prioritised plan. Together they show what leadership needs to decide now.
How does Accel Comply lead delivery?
We turn the decision into a plan that fits your capacity. We agree each supplier contribution, keep blocked choices moving and report progress to leadership.
How do you measure progress and results?
Before work begins, we agree how leadership will judge the deliverable. At set decision points, we compare the work with those criteria and change the plan when the evidence warrants it.
Who makes the decisions?
Your leadership retains the company's decisions. Accel Comply makes the basis, consequences, recommendation and open questions clear and leads the work that has been agreed.
Who performs the work?
Behzad leads each agreed engagement. Your own leaders make the company's decisions, while specialists and suppliers provide the work that requires their access or authority.
How is the fee agreed?
The fee is agreed once the deliverable and boundary of the work are clear. The agreement also states access, milestones and completion before work starts.
Does Accel Comply provide legal advice, audit or certification?
No. Qualified counsel provides legal conclusions. Independent providers handle audit or certification. Accel Comply does not operate day-to-day IT, run penetration tests or provide managed security operations. We can define the question and connect those providers' work with the plan.
What can procurement review before contracting?
Before contracting, procurement can review the current data processing agreement and the service providers relevant to the work. We agree access and data handling before anything is shared. The same terms cover retention and deletion.
What do we keep after the engagement?
You keep the written assessment and decision record. The current plan comes with them, and the handover names the owner of every open question.
How can we judge experience and previous work?
You can read the professional analysis, inspect an illustrative deliverable and consider Behzad's prior experience at Innofactor, Crayon and Sentia. Client references are shared only with permission and approved context and wording.
